Quick & Creamy Hummus

  • Serves - 3/4

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • 1.5 tbsp tahini
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Put chickpeas in a microwaveable bowl and heat for 2 mins on high.
  2. Place all ingredients into food processor and blend.
  3. Add further lemon, salt or garlic to taste.
  4. Serve as a side dish or eat as a snack with raw veg or a big salad.
