- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 1.5 tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic glove
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Put chickpeas in a microwaveable bowl and heat for 2 mins on high.
- Place all ingredients into food processor and blend.
- Add further lemon, salt or garlic to taste.
- Serve as a side dish or eat as a snack with raw veg or a big salad.
